How to Convert Images without using Software

now a days some of the websites like collage admission ,course joining ,form filling ,etc...
websites are asking file formats like png,jpg,img.to convert the jpeg format to png some 
of the software's are avilaible for [android] smart phones ,pc.
now there is a two steps to convert images to png n

first choose the image you want to convert right click it and give open with and now you want to select the ms paint 

now the selected image is opened in the paint now you want to convert the file first click the function key+F12 one finger 

in the function key and one finger in the F12 key .when you copy the files you click ctrl + c like that you want to press the 

keys fn+f12.now a pop up will come to save as the file this is the most wanted step type the file name you want to save the

converted image in the FILE NAME: box and next we want to save the file in wanted format .down the cursor to the file 

format box now you will see the file formats like png ,jpg, bmp, img etc.... file formats in the box .

you want to click png (for png file format), jpg( for jpg file format), bmp( for bmp file format)
